d90 FAQ: Detailed Answers for India

Once your withdrawal request passes the verification check — usually within two to four hours for verified accounts — funds are dispatched to your registered bank account or UPI handle. Settlement time after dispatch depends on your bank, but most India transfers complete within one business day.

You'll need a government-issued photo ID — such as an Aadhaar card or PAN card — and proof that your registered mobile number or email belongs to you. Upload clear photos of the documents in your account settings. Verification usually completes within one business day.

Access depends on local law and is available where your region permits. When you log in, your lobby shows only the sections and titles available in your permitted area. If a game or sportsbook market is greyed out, it is not currently accessible in your location.

Wait five minutes and refresh your transaction history. If the deposit still hasn't appeared and your Paytm account shows the amount deducted, open a live chat with your Paytm transaction reference number. We can trace the payment on our end and credit it manually if confirmed.
